CINCINNATI, Ohio — With both the Bengals and Bills firmly in the playoff picture Monday night’s matchup will go a long way toward the final AFC rankings and post season seedings.
Its always a treat when two of the league’s best young players are going against each other. The Bengals and Bills both rank top five in points per game and third-down efficiency thanks to quarterbacks Joe Burrow and Josh Allen. Defensively, both teams are in the top 10 in points allowed. So the heavyweight feel is perfect for the bright lights of primetime.

The similarities between the Bengals and Bills don’t stop at Burrow and Allen. Stefon Diggs and Ja’Marr Chase both rank in the top five in yards per game. The Bills rely on a committee of Devin Singletary and James Cook, while the Bengals have used both Joe Mixon and Samaje Perine effectively.
The Bengals haven’t lost since October and have won seven straight. The Bills are riding a six game winning streak of their own. Someone’s hot streak will come to an end tonight, but these two could very well run into each other again in the post season.
