Woman forgets where she parked her car, reports it stolen: Medina Police Blotter

A woman reported her car stolen at 6:04 p.m. Feb. 12 after reportedly forgetting where she parked it.

Stolen car, Wadsworth Road

A license plate reader camera alerted police to a stolen car at 2:44 p.m. Feb. 11 and the driver was found and arrested for receiving stolen property.

Domestic violence, Lafayette Road

Police responded to a home at 10:21 a.m. Feb. 10 for a report of a man hitting his son during an argument. There were reportedly no injuries and there was no further information at the time of the report.

Traffic crash, Spencer Lake Road

A driver was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance following a traffic crash at 11:27 a.m. Feb. 10.

Overdose, Hunter Drive

A woman was taken to Medina Hospital for a suspected drug overdose at 6:52 p.m. Feb. 10 when police were called to the home to check on the woman’s juvenile child.

Theft, North Court Street

Management at a Speedway store reported a man stole beer at 8:31 p.m. Feb. 10. There was no further information at the time of the report.

Expired license, East Smith Road

A driver was cited for expired plates and an expired driver’s license following a traffic stop at 11:29 a.m. Feb. 11.

Assault, Foundry Street

A man was arrested for disorderly conduct following a fight at a go-kart track at 11:02 p.m. Feb. 11.

Domestic violence Meadowlark Lane

A man arrested at 2:27 a.m. Feb. 12 for domestic violence against father.
